Re: Need 12" digital caliper
Well, the Shars IP67 had problems.? I'm actually going to return this because I don't like how it works. ? One thing I discovered is that you have to re-zero the caliper every time you turn it

Re: Need 12" digital caliper
Also, as I mentioned in my first post, I prefer CR2032 due to its higher capacity. Once I replace my 6” caliper, all 3 calipers will be CR2032.

Re: Need 12" digital caliper
Brett,
Am I just lucky or just a light user. My 6” no name caliper from Grizzly is 25 yrs old and I probably have replaced the LR44 battery 4 or 5 times. Granted in the first 20 yrs it was seldom

I also got two erroneous messages recently about “account bouncing” which unbeknownst to me, shut down email delivery for several days and required a reset intervention.

Re: Need 12" digital caliper
A few years ago (on this forum) Mac Campsure recommended Vinca, I purchased one (12"/300mm) and I'm pleased with it.? The batteries last much longer than a lot of the "cheapies".

Re: Feedback on the sliding saw selection
Getting stuck is not good! I bought a bandsaw that shipped upright. It was delivered via liftgate. I thought I could out it in my garage while I figured out how to get it to my shop.

Re: Feedback on the sliding saw selection
When my profil 45z was being delivered, I was terrified of trusting a regular fork lift on my driveway that has a decent slope on 2 different planes.
I ended up renting a telehandler and it worked
