The key to elimination of the condensation is ventilation. Install vents and a powered fan. We have done this in northern CA with good results. Alex

I just checked my old F7 spindles and all have zerks too. Good info on the nut. They are common enough that you don't need to buy from Felder. I'm remembering $5 or less but don't remember how long
