They are both convection ovens. ?If you set 350 it will display 350.

When we had a tech replacing a failed circuit board (two trips, one per oven) they tried to adjust the oven so the actual temp matched the set point. ? So I think with Dacor there is a problem and not an intentional reduction for convection. ?
