Hi Lucky,
What you shared looks like my booklet but it does not include the arm to which the guard is mounted. The guard itself is included on a separate page. Kind of strange to not include this.

My book for Dual 51 does not include the parts list for the spring loaded arm that has the cutterhead guard. See pic below:
There is a bracket (has been removed in above pic) that mounts under the elevation knob and I would like to have the typical assembly drawing and part numbers if anyone has them.
