I would go Milwaukee 18V, all the trade guys that I saw when I remodeled the house used them and they worked very well. I have corded Fein units and a 12V Bosch, which is handy when you don't want a cord, but honestly the oscillating tools eat batteries like they are candy... so more than a couple of cuts and you will be swapping batteries constantly.
