my workshop is 9m x 6m, (27 x 18), slightly larger than the smaller rectangle you have.?
I used to have a full size combi (2500mm slider, 410mm wide T/P combo)
I went separate about 2 years ago, I now have the following in my 27x 18:
Griggio 3800mm slider (almost 150 inch)
SCM 5RCS 1100mm WBS (43 inch)
AD951
SCM TI145 with side sliding table. (will arrive in Jan/Feb)
Baghouse extractor (taks up floor space of 1000mm x 2400mm, roughly 40 inch x 95 inch )
Sicar 600mm bandsaw
Masterwood OMB1V swing chisel mortiser.?
Oscillating Belt sander.?
Chicago Pneumatics 10 HP compressor.
Needless to say I have no bench space in my workshop. the bench is outside the workshop
I have to store my timber in a container and a separate building for a spray booth
You have double the amount of floor space. you can easily fit separate machine with storage and maybe even a spray booth.?
