Flip the indicator over in the Lamb Tool Works Holder and you can use it against the fence to indicate the blade. You might need a bit of a spacer to clear the dial of the indicator, but it works well.

Thanks. I just mentioned that some use wood. ?I saw a recent thread on a similar topic, but that focused on the use of shims (with excellent detail by David Best). ?As for the options of using a dial indicator, I do have one that connects to a mag base with adjustable articulating arms and I have the Brian Lamb gauge! ?I wondered if a Oneway up against the fence with the indicator pointing to the front and back of the blade was a better way (nothing to do with the slider) than using what I have.
