Not cheap - about $1800, but this was done in 2010 and has held up

The low rumbling could be a bad tire, though I would have expected a higher frequency to the noise. It could be though that a higher frequency noise is beating with the tire noise and producing the 2

Just some VERY wild guesses:
I would pull the rear wheel? and look for rust buildup on the rotor or pads. How old are the pads? Check the emergency brake cables to see if they are sticking.
