Thanks Jack and Miles. Part of the fuse holder definitely seems to be missing, and the holder seems to be of a different design than the other fuses on the converter as well. Kind of a strange setup -

Did you try wiggling the ignition switch? Several folks have reported problems with ignition switches wearing out apparently the contacts do not make a good connection. Hope this helps.
