EV rear brake shoes - Reason for - Tip
The problem as I understand it is due to the moisture and the Semi met
pads.
When you leave it sit after any type of moisture on the parts they rust
up fast and stick to the drums.

I've had my rear breaks freeze in sunny So. Cal.. Just parking my '93 GL in the
drive way with the E-break on for a few days would cause the rear wheels to lock
