Check your fuel hoses where they connect together on the right side on the
engine. The hose clamps used by VW do not seem to clamp tight enough. I
replaced mine, which stopped the leak. It started again yesterday and I
tightened the clamps to stop it. I may need to replace these lines.
I seem to only have the problem when the engine is cold.
