Steve has given the EVC ('97) a 60,000 mile tune-up and took care of
installing tires, shocks, new lighter assembly, misc other little tweaks

and

tricks. He is just learning how to work on the EVC's, but has worked on
VW's, including my Westy for years. He's busy, so sometimes it's difficult
to get in, but he's very honest and reasonable to deal with. If you have

an

emergency I have no doubt that he'll work with you.

I have no idea what kind of work they do if you can actually get in, but
they were the most unaccomodating VW dealer that I've ever encountered.

They

totally blew me off when I tried to get the EVC in for an oil change, even
when I gave them a 5 day window. They knew that I was just passing

through,

too. Go to The Tire Shoppe instead.
