Well, how's this - I just do it as a doc and anyone who wants to participate
can. I can email it out to anyone who wants it. I will be around here for
the next 6 weeks or so and after that I should be email accessible at least
once a week. Or I could turn it over to someone else then.

Steve has given the EVC ('97) a 60,000 mile tune-up and took care of
installing tires, shocks, new lighter assembly, misc other little tweaks and
tricks. He is just learning how to work on the EVC's, but has worked on
VW's, including my Westy for years. He's busy, so sometimes it's difficult
to get in, but he's very honest and reasonable to deal with. If you have an
emergency I have no doubt that he'll work with you.

that they work on Eurovans, since they occasionally sell them.

I have no idea what kind of work they do if you can actually get in, but
they were the most unaccomodating VW dealer that I've ever encountered. They
totally blew me off when I tried to get the EVC in for an oil change, even
when I gave them a 5 day window. They knew that I was just passing through,
too. Go to The Tire Shoppe instead.
