We bought a new '99 EVC in September, and it has taken this long for a
rainstorm to hit San Diego.

We also got our 99 EVC new in September, but have since been in a number
of downpours and haven't had that problem. We'll certainly keep an eye out
for it and let you know if we hear any news. I would suspect that the
window is a Winni addition since the Camper is basically a cargo van when
shipped from Germany.
