My understanding is that the lights come as a kit with brackets, switch,
relay and wiring. You may want to order the correct VW switch as I don't
know if the switch included will match the dash switches.
These fit the same as the original accessory lights, mounting behind the
bumper cover. You will need to cut out the opening in the cover.
