You can change the resistor by taking out the dash and simply replacing it.
Europarts carries them. But to lubricator the fan you will have to take it
out using the previously posted procedure. If you go to that much trouble,
you might as well replace it because sooner or later, the fan is going to
blow the resistor and start squealing again.
