I put a Pioneer FM-modulated 12 disc changer in my 2001 GLS with no
problems. It took about 3 hours. I don't know if your passenger
seat is different in the MVWK, but there was plenty of room for it in
mine. I loosened the back cover on the seat and turned the CD
changer to face backward for easier access, although this is probably
not feasible on the MV. You will need the special European antenna
adapters ($12 each from Circuit City) for the install.

Also, to avoid drilling holes in the floor (and possibly the gas
tank) I used heavy-duty two-sided foam tape to stick the unit down.
Just cut out a hole the carpet, stick it to the metal, and it works
like a charm. Removing the console and fishing the wires is the
hardest part.
