Re: Porsche T4

Okay... I stand corrected. For the price of the Porsche T4 ($186,000
Euros)... I'll take a new 2003 EV Weekender with heated seats and quit
working for two years.

I listened again more closely, the price as 186,000 Euro's
and 25 people will get one next year. 522 hp, and 675nm torque.
it has a Porsche 939 motor, 3600litre? It weighs 2520kg
and will do 0-100km in 5.1 seconds. It's biggest enemy is
wind resistance. I think they said 273km/hr top speed??
(sorry, my German is really pathetic). Minimalist Porsche
instrumentation, Recaro steering wheel and seats? DVD player.

That's about all I can catch.

The film clip mentions the price as 186,000 Euro's (roughly 1 to 1
for dollars I think), and 24 customers have placed orders. I also
caught something about 500+ horsepower? and 0-100km in 5.1
seconds?
My German is rather poor, and the announcer speaks very quckly for
me.

Awesome!

Beautiful EV... but I think it answers the question no one is
asking :)

If I had the $60,000 or $75,000 it probably cost to build it....
I
think I'd
just buy a boxster...
