The cooling fan resistors are behind the headlight. They control the fan in the
engine compartment. It comes on when the engine runs too hot or when the AC is
on.
The interior fan for the heater, cold air, or AC inside the vehicle
(ventilation) is behind the glove box.
I hope that clears up any confusions.
