Hi Frank,
Does your 93 EVC use CFC Free refrigerant (ie R134a as opposed to the
obsolete R12)? AC cycling, if too frequent, may be due to charge
level. Do they have a sight glass on the 93 someplace to verify
charge? You're in luck if refrigerant is R134a, it's not so
expensive to try adding some.

Hey All,
My '93 EV's A/C compressor is cycling on and off at idle. If I hold
the engine at 2000 rpm, it seems to work ok. Any suggestions?
