Andrew,
I had an exhaust rattle from under the passenger seat of my 93 MV. I
discovered that the heat shield between exhaust system and floor pan had come
loose. I reattached it with a drill and pop riveter. It was in an awkward
location and I was very glad I had gotten the kind of pop riveter that works
straight ahead as well as 90 degrees.
