One thing I have done to minimize the rattling is to get some foam
weather stripping that is about .75" wide and .5 thick. I got a roll
of this from the Hardware store, and it is sticky on one side.
I put some on the ledges underneath the bed boards on the top bed, and
also under the middle part of the lower bed near the back (the part
that covers the "tunnel" you see when you open the rear hatch). It
made my EVC noticably quieter.
