Our basic van top installation is completed in one day (same day drop off same day pick up). Our shop is?located in Wilmington, CA (Southern California).?We are not a van conversion company, so we don’t do any interior upholstery or electrical finish. We just simply cut out your factory roof, bolt, screw, and seal your new fiberglass high top to your van. Unfortunately we do not install or reinstall any third party products such as roof racks, solar, etc. Only a small fan/vent.?

For the basic installation, your van needs to be as empty as possible and in "cargo state" prior to?coming in by removing as much as you can behind the driver and passenger seats, including the rear ceiling headliner. Anything on the roof of the van such as roof racks, solar, vents, etc.. should also be removed prior. Installations are by appointment only Monday-Friday (once we receive your deposit).

The ceiling reinforcement (option #2), will allow you to mount up to 350 lbs of weight on the roof.

For the fan installation (option #5), you would need to provide us with the vent the day of the van top installation. We do not do any of the wiring connections or electrical. We do the fan cut out on the van top, install and seal the vent down.

All of our van tops come in a standard exterior white gel coat finish?(the natural finish of fiberglass). It is highly recommended to have the top be painted with automotive paint by a body shop to give it a nice finish as the van.?We do not keep any of our products in stock; we manufacture tops as they are ordered. Manufacturing time right now can take up to?1-2 weeks. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days and are subject to 9.5% ?Los Angeles, California Sales Tax (basic installation labor not taxable).

Please advise us of any rust issues on the roof ahead of time. Rust should be taken care of before the high top is installed. The cab area will remain intact and 6” from the rain gutters in will be needed to be rust free.
