Both vents are for the fridge.

Yes, if the fridge is off there shouldn't be anything warm or hot coming out the vents.
Had the fridge been 'on' previously? If so, perhaps left over heat escaping after
turning it off.
The fridge can run off 12V DC, 110VAC and propane.
12VDC from the coach battery in the rear (but not for very long unless the engine is running).
110VAC when plugged into 'shore power'.
Propane, from the propane tank underneath the EVC.

Our 2001 EVC has two vents outside on the drivers side behind the
refrigerator.? The refer is Off.? But the upper vent is warm to the touch
and seems to be moving a little air.? It seems that nothing should be
running if the refer is turned off.
Any tips, ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
