Like I said, i tested spark plug, ok. I tested sparkplug wires, ok. I compression tested every cylinder, every cylinder ok. I have not inspected the timing belt. What are the possibilities there.

If it's mechanical, do a leak down test with compressed air or simpler, just a compression test. Test will tell you the conditions of the valves, pistons etc... Is your timing belt is OK?
