Have you checked all your vacuum hoses, even the kinda hidden ones around the engine?? They have been the culprits on 50% of my CEL codes.

I've been getting this code on my 2001 Weekender with 90k miles. The text is "bank 1 lean". So far I have replaced the fuel filter and the MAF. The intake had some oil in it which extended upstream a bit past the MAF but not into the air box. Unfortunately I am still getting the code. What's next? OS sensors? How difficult are they to replace? Eric
