Let us know more about the 99 MVWK if you don't drive it off the lot
yourself.
The VR6 is great.
Guess I am just dreaming. Maybe you can get the dealer to install some
of those deer whistles on the bumper that a horse could hear! (:
Sorry you have to be shopping, But glad you still can. Do you wish you
had the air bags after smacking it up? I am tossed on those things.

I've spent the day looking around the Denver area for an EV MV in
decent
shape to replace the one that was totaled in the horse accident. I
could
only find three available. I drove two and saw one in a parking lot.
1. The first was a '93 EV MV Weekender automatic with 125,000 miles
and an
asking price of $8,500 in fairly good shape. It's green and named
"Puff".
2. The second one was a '93 EV MV automatic with 112,000 miles for
$5,500 in
less than terrific shape. White.
3. There is also an EV MV Weekender here in Boulder with 83,000 for
which
they are asking $13,900 - I haven't driven this one but it has a fair
amount
of rust along the left hand body panel seam.
I like Puff the best but I am concerned about the high mileage. I'd
like to
know about peoples experience with EV's over 100,000 miles and what
it might
cost to rebuild an engine or transmission if that became necessary in
the not
so distant future.
I also came across a '99 EV MV Weekender in the back lot of a dealer
that
none of the sales people knew anything about. I'm hoping they'll be
able to
find out more on Monday.
That's it. Thanks all,
