Advantages of '03
201 HP vs 109 HP
Quieter
Better climate control
OBD II diagnostics plus are much better
16" wheels
Similar gas mileage
Recommended service intervals (eg spark plugs and air filter) is 40K
vs 25K (or is it 30K?)
Disc brakes on rear vs drum
ABS standard (opt on 93)
ESP
Air bags standard
Disadvantages of '03
Only available with automatic transmission
I'm sure there are other differences, but that is what comes to mind.
It is a pretty significant upgrade in my opinion.
