The compressor for you're A/C is turned by a belt from the engine. You would
have to find a motor that could turn that compressor and running on
batteries. I would expect that motor to run from 5 to 15 minutes before its
drained dead. Nope, no way to use your A/C while camping. You need a window
unit and it must be connected to shore power.

Is it possible to modify EVC Van Air Conditioning while camping? Being
really naive about how the A/C works in the EVC, is it possible to
modify it so that I could flip a switch and the compressor/condensor
fan and all other components could work off the battery/Inverter Shore
power?
