I phoned him right after the message came in, &
we talked for 25 mins. Then I saw your message.
He was at his 'day' job, & I think the email goes
to his auto sideline business.
He didn't say how long it was going to take to
obtain more. He said he didn't have the software
'key', but was sending a free copy.
I didn't mean to be speaking for him, but I was
sure more on this list would be interested, so I
asked about additional units. I just paid him via
PayPal, and he is shipping tomorrow.
I told him I'd gladly pass the word here when mine
arrives, + advise when he has more units to sell.
I attempted weeks ago to start a VagCom Group Buy
here, but it fell flat. Only one response, saying
it may not work.
In past 2 years I tried several times to get info
on VagComs, only to be more confused after. I
didn't mind paying, but I wanted to be sure I only
had to buy once, & be able to use for both VWs, &
with my notebook.
I feel he's legit. He has the best communication of
any of my ~40 on line purchases. Update next week.
