One of things that I did as a safety concern was to have the fuel
port removed and glassed in.? I had this nightmare of someone
attempting to fuel the boat and dumping gasoline into the engine
compartment.

Remove everything that was associated with the
diesel engine that you can. Wiring, fuel lines?, muffler, hoses
etc... It will never be as easy to remove after your EP system
is installed.?
