I read from previous posts you were only interested in the manual screw cutting module.Z axis.
and now you have decided to power up the X axis.
Well done.
With Richards guidance it will be really beneficial to do this add on.
The 2 axis allows for automatic threading and facing, plus cutting internal and external tapers.
Through the English firmware I have quite a few angles set in the taper module, originally called Cones, all the standard MT tapers and?
up to 45 degrees, which makes a nice job on large corner chamfers when turning.
