There are very detailed instructions on the first tab of the spreadsheet regarding where to make changes. Richard has highlighted the critical fields that one would have to deal with using different background colors. I find that following these instructions precisely yields the best results.
Also, I personally use Microsoft Excel. Are you also using Excel, or are you using OpenOffice? I believe that Richard used OpenOffice originally to be as compatible with many different spreadsheet programs as possible.
