Lynn, I'd call Humanware. I bought mine from Roger Boem in June, got everything. In a few weeks, the thing stopped working, had to return to Humanware - bad SD card. I had no idea a bad SD card could make the machine not work. It makes me a little insecure. How to I prevent that?

I've had my Trek since November or December and still have not received my case or the cords for the NLS cartridge. I know of folks who received their trek recently and got the whole package.
I really don't want to call complaining to Humanware but I guess I could make an inquiry about this to them. But just curious if anyone else who have had their machine for awhile has gotten their cases and such.
