suggestion of a one by one call?

A one-by-one call sign consists of a single prefix letter (K, N,
or W), the region number (0 to 9), and a single suffix letter (A
to Z, except the letter X). There are 750 such call signs.
so we would be something nine something
I just digested their database and so far it's pretty open only
calls used up so far are.
So what do we want to use?
I suggest we start with the November prefix N9?
Of the N, W, K,? "N" has the smallest weight.
