Subject: [d-rats] Problem installing d-rats

I want to run D-RATS on my win 10 laptop.? I downloaded the version on the d-star web page and installed it.? The mapping and repeater programs launch but when I try to run the main D-RATS program it fails with this message...
What am I doing wrong?
