Thanks for the quick responses everyone. Some of the posts promp more questions. I see that when I installed D-rats it installed the repeater program. Didn't know after using using D-rats for years

Mike The only way I have been able to send NTS message via Winlink is to use OUTPOST. There's a check that enables you to send NTS message as a private message. There are NTS Target station on HF.
