Well I have something to try but will be later this week. Very Risky.? Will share is it work.??

Nothing to do with D-Rats, but to deal with OneDrive ... which have 'captured' the whole Desktop.? Unlinking, uninstalling not changes the Desktop folders OneDrive refence - preferences even for new folders.?
