Hi: John, precisely?I did that in the correct?directory (C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Roaming\D-RATS-EV).? I use notepad++, nothing.? Even my username is the same in both computers.? ?It is not a critical issue here as I have the other computer.? But is a nasty error.?

You can edit it with the "write" or "wordpad" program depending on the
Windows version, not "notepad" as the file uses line feeds for line
ends, and notepad may corrupt it.
Look for a line with the "D-RATS Shared" and change the path to
something that exists and save it.

download_dir = C:\Users\%USER%\drats\downloads
Put the actual username in instead of %USER%.
Then it should work.
