First, you have to sign up for an account with outlook, of course.? Tell it you want to access as a pop mail server.

The D-Rats settings are as follows:

Under Outgoing Mail click to Enable SMTP

Port & Mode = 589 and check the box next to TLS

Server = outlook.office365.com

Under the Email Server Tab:

Use SSL – click Enabled

Port = 995

Action = Forms

Click on Enabled at bottom of popup box.? Hit Okay and then Save.
