Re: Dish Network Hopper2000
Yes, this is a new box from EchoStar, http://www.dishuser.org/hopper.php. Whole new remote and interface. It's always something to screw things up. The setup says it can do both IR and UHF. No unit

Re: Crestron marketing
Yea seriously. I don't see it gaining them that much and clearly their marketing team feels the same way.

Both residential and commercial, but I would especially like some extra material for the residential market.

Re: Crestron marketing

Re: iPad and Animations and other questions..
Yes, as a couple of others have pointed out, I didn't realize the animations are only available on the paid app.

Re: Crestron marketing
What you're describing is a BIG difference from Crestron to C4. C4 can produce marketing that says, "with our product you can enjoy X" because they've ensured that you can't program it any other way.

Re: iPad and Animations and other questions..
I just tried this and it still doesn't do any animations. I can drop down the effect type menu, but the duration is greyed out. Is there something else I'm missing?

Re: Crestron marketing
:) Nevertheless, I could use some marketing material that doesn't focus on what great technology and wires are behind their walls, but more on the overall solution they will get when they sit down in

Re: Crestron marketing
I'd prefer that Crestron marketing not talk to my customers, since that generally leads to a discussion of what "day 2" means.

Re: Trying to migrate away from D3 for lighting.
I can see your point about D3 not providing the best in VTPro integration. To be honest, I don't usually land touchpanels on the lighting system side of things. I typically use D3 like brianrcs
