Good old Sony kept the codes the same for ir, I would assume any serial connection would be the same as well.

I dont have a fix for you, but in my home i have my MC3 running latest firmware ( was also fine with .05.15 as well). And its eisc to a pro2 running 4.7.5 been that way for like a year with no issues.

I second that, it works great for me too with 2 ATC-AUDIONET's, 1 ATC-AMFMXMD, and 1 CEN-ISERVER. Do wish it was a little faster though, but definitely works well.

You need to track down the RS-232 protocol for device you're trying to control. There's almost never any direct correlation between IR codes and RS-232 protocols. Geoff
