You should confirm it with Tech Support, but I'm pretty sure the TSR-302's voice features ONLY work with their built-in Text-to-Speech engine, or Crestron's own cloud-based voice-recognition server -

Go to the Poly support website. Look for video conferencing, select the camera, download the Poly Camera Control App on the MTR and it will automatically add the Room Controls page
