Re: Using CP3-R relay and I/O resources in Pyng/OS2 programming
My guess would be, Probably because the CP3R doesn't support OS3 or OS4

Re: Using CP3-R relay and I/O resources in Pyng/OS2 programming
I'd be curious why you wouldn't just migrate the house from Pyng to Home on OS4 on the Cp3r and dump the pyng hub (at the only expense of a new gwexer maybe?) You'd have MUCH better UX and processing

Re: IR receiver to IR transmitter with DM-NVX
Thanks for this, yes, I see the way the IR signals could be detected in real time and send via RS-232. The question is, as you say, can these commands be received and retransmittted at the other end

Re: Newline touchscreen module
Testing an NT display with the module, I found that the feedback for power status wasn't what the display actually send. I modified the module with the actual observed feedback. Here's what I used:

NICE! That worked. I used a gesture canvas as a way to move around a parametric EQ. The Y axis controls gain and the X axis controls frequency. I made a S+ module that builds a string that looks

Re: Using CP3-R relay and I/O resources in Pyng/OS2 programming
Hey Don, I'm afraid I cannot be of any help on this one since I also lack experience with Home. However, it is great to hear you are still out there delving in. Best of luck!! Dennis Sweet

Re: Using CP3-R relay and I/O resources in Pyng/OS2 programming
Hi there¡¯s no way to do it natively. but you could try to convert the CP3-R into a CP3 for Simp Windows and use de Pyng Modules that way you can send and get signals from Pyng / Crestron Home to

Re: MPC3-102 AVF with HD-CTL-101
Disregard. Been awhile since using AVF. I needed to go to Manage Devices and actually add the driver for the projector. After that I was able to assign the HD-CTL-101 COM to it.

Re: IR receiver to IR transmitter with DM-NVX
The Global Cache GC-IRE might work, connected to the NVX decoder's RS-232 port. I'm not sure if its serial output could then be routed directly to a Global Cache transmitter in the program, or if

Re: IR receiver to IR transmitter with DM-NVX
Yes, there is IR ports on the DM-NVX transmitter, but my problem is to grab the IR signals from the cable box remote at the NVX receiver and send them in real time to the NVX transmitter.

Do you not have a processor or NVX transmitter at the remote end? You should have IR ports there.

You totally could do it exactly as you propose for debug purposes, especially if it's just for inspecting variables in real time and you don't care about packet loss. For me, I'm actually driving
