ATOI will only convert numbers within a string to integers, for exampl "HELLO55" would return 55. You want GETC, so your code should have: *iLevel = GETC(cTankValuesLevel[temp]);*

System Info hangs at about 50% for a while before usually completing. I am seeing that on 3 Series processors as well, so I expect toolbox is a component of this.
