The solution for that is to use a normally-closed relay, then have the Crestron processor open that relay when needed.

FYI? If you do tie in a Crestron relay make sure that it is learned as a normally open zone.? If you use learn as a normally closed, then you need to keep the relay closed for normal operation.?
