For ceiling mics, you will really struggle to beat the Shure MXA series.? They are Dante so will work with QSC or even the biamp. The sennheiser Team Connect 2 ceiling mics are pretty good too.? I

Shure P300 is only really good for very small rooms.? It's more of a usb sound card with a little bit of processing rather than a full blown Dsp.? Good for a small conference space but I wouldn't
