I have had reasonably good luck with Doorbird.? There is an issue with trying to view the camera on a bunch of touch panels as it only supports a few simultaneous streams.? If they have a decent NVR

I would look at a 2n IP Force, you will need to get an additional Relay
card for the Man Gate. That part Number is 01350-001.
