I can WOL the PC from my laptop, but not able to turn ON it from Crestron controller. Subnet and IP are correct.

Please provide a bit more detail as to what issue you are facing.

Sounds like it would be easier to request a fully-functioning and properly operating product from the manufacturer. Having a paper trail for things like this can help a manufacturer find production
