Justin, Yes you can absolutely use Simpl# to do this. Just use a 3-series intersystems communication to control Simpl Windows if Simpl# doesn't have the equipment you want to control.

It does make something like smart graphic extenders in Simpl. That's mainly what it's for, using signal names in Simpl instead of join numbers
